For companies and teams

Your team doesn't need a lecture about AI. They need time with the work in front of them.

Sessions happen at your own offices, or online if that suits the team better. We come to the work. Two offers, both for a group of up to eight.

Where teams usually feel the drag

The news about AI is overwhelming. This is a safe space to build a strategy and practise on real work, without it affecting people's jobs.

01

The same writing, every week

Emails, quotes and follow-ups are started from scratch.

02

Notes that stop at the meeting

The conversation happened. The actions and the summary did not.

03

Marketing that waits for one person

Posts depend on someone having a free evening.

04

Curiosity, and a company rule

People want to try AI, and they are unsure what the business allows.

Consulting and training, side by side

Same size of group. Different job. Consulting solves one problem. Training teaches one stream of tools.

So you can see the commitment before you book

Before, during and after

01

Before

A discovery call agrees the problem or the stream, who should be in the room, and whether you meet at your offices or online.

02

During

The work is live. People use their own material. Consulting writes the steps with the team. Training asks every person to finish one real task.

03

After

Consulting checks in online on day 15 and day 30, and that follow-up is part of the offer. Training leaves each person with the task they finished, a personal action list, and a prompt library.

Consulting questions

What kind of problem is right for consulting?

One real, specific workflow, such as weekly reports, customer replies or marketing content. The discovery call helps you choose.

Who should be in the room?

The people who actually do the work, plus whoever owns the process. Teams of up to eight.

What do we leave with?

A working AI-assisted way of doing that task, simple written steps, and clear rules for using AI safely in your business.

Will you build and run it for us?

No. We build it with your team, so they own it and can keep improving it.

What happens afterwards?

We check in online at day 15 and day 30 to see what's working and adjust. That follow-up is part of the offer.

Training questions

How is this different from a general AI course?

It's built around your team's own work. People bring a real task and do it in the room, rather than watching slides.

Which tools and topics do you cover?

Your company picks one stream, such as office and administration, sales and customer service, or managers and leaders. We go deep on that, not a tour of every tool.

Do people need AI experience?

No. We start wherever each person is, from complete beginner upwards.

What does each person leave with?

One real task finished, a personal action list, and a prompt library for their department.

Is it safe to use with company information?

Yes, if it's done properly. We cover safe use under POPIA and what your own company rules allow before anyone enters company information into a tool.

Tell us which room you need, and we will recommend the offer that fits.
