This is not a finished privacy notice. It should be replaced with a POPIA-aligned notice before the site is used to collect real enquiries from the public.

The enquiry forms currently ask for:

• Your name, email and phone number.
• Whether you prefer to meet online or in person in Durban, Cape Town or Johannesburg.
• Which lessons you are interested in, and a weekday you would like, if you choose one.
• An optional note about anything we should prepare.
• For a business call: organisation, role, and an approximate team size.

Submitting a form stores that information in a file on the server running this website. It does not yet email the academy, and it does not create a calendar event. No payment details are collected.

Before launch, decide who is responsible for the information, how long it is kept, who can see it, and how someone can ask for it to be corrected or deleted. Put those answers on this page in plain language.
